Business Continuation
There are a great many strategies which fall under the general phrase of “business continuation planning.” Some of those strategies include “key man” life insurance, Executive Bonus Plans, Buy-Sell Agreements (or Arrangments); Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPS); Split-Dollar Life Insurance Plans.
